These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and wpkr ("wpkr," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at wpkr.app and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

Your access to and use of the wpkr Platform — including registration, login, deposit, wagering, withdrawal, participation in promotions, and any other interaction with Platform features — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions of the wpkr Terms and Conditions. wpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the wpkr Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. wpkr enforces a strict minimum age of 21. This is a non-negotiable requirement and is enforced at the point of registration and at the point of withdrawal via KYC (Know Your Customer) document verification.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the wpkr Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of wpkr or any of its associated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the wpkr Platform or on any other licensed gaming platform from which your exclusion extends to wpkr.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification Process

wpkr employs a mandatory KYC verification process. All Players are required to submit valid government-issued photographic identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence) prior to processing any withdrawal request. wpkr reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any stage, including at the point of registration, at the point of deposit, or during the course of any bonus or promotional participation.

Where a Player is found to have misrepresented their age or identity, wpkr reserves the right to void all bets placed, confiscate all winnings, and close the account immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage Player will be returned to the payment source after deducting any administrative costs reasonably incurred by wpkr in the course of the investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the wpkr Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering on wpkr, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

• Your account username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify wpkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• wpkr recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure.
• Accounts registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed without notice.

One Account Per Player

Where wpkr identifies that a Player holds more than one account — through device fingerprinting, IP address matching, payment method analysis, or any other detection method — wpkr reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all open bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. wpkr's determination in such matters is final.

All financial transactions on the wpkr Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wpkr supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods commonly available to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, USDT TRC20, Visa/Mastercard, and OTC Cash. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are displayed on the Platform's deposit and withdrawal pages and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• wpkr does not accept deposits from credit facilities where the use of such credit for gambling purposes is restricted by the issuing institution.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wpkr wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. wpkr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• wpkr reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, to originate from an unauthorised payment source, or to be associated with prohibited conduct.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the wpkr account. wpkr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• wpkr reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. wpkr aims to process approved withdrawals within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to verification status and payment processor timelines.
• wpkr reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending review.

Currency & Exchange

The wpkr Platform operates natively in PKR. All balances, bet stakes, winnings, bonus amounts, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR. Where a Player deposits via a method that processes in a currency other than PKR (such as USDT), the conversion to PKR will be applied at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction as determined by wpkr. wpkr's exchange rate determinations are final.

wpkr offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and to any specific bonus terms published alongside the relevant offer on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific bonus offer's terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. wpkr reserves the right to limit or revoke a bonus where it determines that a Player is exploiting the offer in a manner inconsistent with its intent.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated wagering, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy that wpkr determines to be abusive constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wpkr reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close the account.
• VIP Programme: Participation in wpkr's VIP programme, including the Black Diamond tier, is subject to additional terms communicated to eligible Players by their dedicated account manager. VIP benefits are awarded at wpkr's sole discretion and are not guaranteed or contractually owed to any Player.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the period specified in the applicable bonus terms will expire automatically without compensation.

All wagers placed on the wpkr Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific game rules or sportsbook rules applicable to each product. By placing a wager on wpkr, you confirm that you understand the rules of the relevant game or market and that you are placing the wager voluntarily with funds that you can afford to lose.

Casino Games

All casino games available on wpkr — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games such as Monster Crash, and fishing games such as Fierce Fishing — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds from licensed studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. wpkr does not manipulate game outcomes.

Sports Betting

wpkr's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international Test, T20I, and ODI fixtures), football, UFC, and other markets. The following rules apply to all sportsbook wagers:

• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• wpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where it determines that a pricing error occurred, where match-fixing is suspected, or where the integrity of the relevant sporting event is in question.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays where wpkr determines that a significant event has occurred in the relevant match that has not yet been reflected in the market. Bets placed during such a period may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of wagering.

Disputed Wagers

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a wager, the Player must notify wpkr at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the relevant event's conclusion. wpkr will review the dispute and provide a determination within a reasonable period. wpkr's settlement decisions are based on official results from recognised sporting authorities or certified game logs and are final, subject to escalation under the dispute resolution process in Section 12.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wpkr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with wpkr.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform to obtain funds or credits beyond what would ordinarily be won in normal play. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are void and subject to recovery by wpkr.
• Engaging in coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or any strategy that wpkr reasonably determines to be designed to exploit bonus structures rather than to participate in normal wagering activity.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having any knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information in connection with any sporting event on which a wager is placed.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wpkr staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security feature, access control, or technical restriction on the Platform.

wpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. wpkr recognises that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and the Platform provides tools to assist Players in maintaining control over their gaming activity.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within the account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a specified period. Once reached, no further wagering is permitted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration reminders that provide alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time spent and net wagering result during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wpkr Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any wpkr content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any wpkr content or software.
• Use any wpkr trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or association with wpkr without express written consent.
• Use any automated tool to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the wpkr Platform.

Any unauthorised use of wpkr intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wpkr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds arising from wagering on the Platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, sports results, or bonus forfeiture.
• Any loss arising from technical failures, server downtime, connectivity interruptions, or errors in Platform software — except where such errors result in an unjust gain by wpkr that is not corrected.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit wpkr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

wpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where wpkr has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct.
• The Player's account is associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose wpkr to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, wpkr reserves the right to void all open bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold the return of deposited funds pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owed to the Player following investigation, wpkr will return such funds net of any amounts owed to wpkr.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting wpkr support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests, which will be processed in accordance with these Terms provided KYC verification is complete.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the wpkr Platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. wpkr is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and promptly, and the majority of issues are resolved at the first point of contact.

Formal Complaints Process

If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first support level, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." Please include your account username, a clear description of the dispute, the relevant transaction or game IDs, and any supporting documentation. wpkr will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and issue a determination within 28 calendar days of acknowledgement.

Where a dispute remains unresolved following wpkr's formal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by wpkr's international gaming licence authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from [email protected].

wpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, wpkr will provide notice to active Players via email to the registered account email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the wpkr Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

wpkr recommends that you review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of the Terms came into force. Prior versions of the Terms are available upon written request to [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wpkr holds its international gaming licence. By using the wpkr Platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts and/or regulatory bodies as determined by wpkr's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent wpkr from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or Platform integrity.
